Is It Safe To Put Dog Bowl in The Dishwasher?
Stainless steel bowls are dishwasher safe but they should be precleaned separately to prevent dog food 
residues from getting on your dishes. Washing and disinfecting dog dishes by hand in hot water and detergent is usually sufficient. If you disinfect the dog’s bowl, use a disinfectant recommended especially for this purpose, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Suitable products can be found in most pet stores. Rinse the dishes thoroughly, and dry them completely with paper towels before refilling, especially if you are using dry food, which absorbs moisture readily.
