  • As an aquarium owner you are required to know that the fish prefers to stay in warm waters having a temperature ranging from the 72 and 78°F. You may introduce rocky caves and drift wood pieces. You may also introduce some plastic or live plants in the aquarium but they should not be planted in large numbers.
  • The cat fish are actually bottom feeders. So, you must fill up the bottom of the yank with smooth pebbles or fine sand as that would not hurt the mouth of the fish while it would be scavenging on the food left outs. The leafy environment of the tank of the fish would also enable to move round the tank freely without feeling shy.
