After buying a cockatiel make sure that you take the bird for a routine check up. Ask your vet as many questions that can crop on your head regarding the heath of the bird. Do not give chocolates, cigars, caffeine to eat. They are poisonous for your bird. Do not allow your bird to nibble the leaves of your house plant as some of them are toxic for your pet.

When the cook wares reach a certain temperature they emit some odorless gas which causes irritation for your little creature.
